**Please note all prices listed above are per person. To qualify for the group rate three or more individuals from the same company must register. Attendees registering in a group of 3 or more will receive a 15% discount on their total purchase. To qualify for the group rate, groups must register at the same time. Discount cannot be retroactively applied.
All registration charges will appear on your credit card statement as GIE Media Inc., not Garden Center Conference & Expo.
What is included with the Pass-Types:
All-Access Pass – This pass includes access to networking event functions, the exhibit hall, educational sessions, and pre-show all-access workshops on day 1 of the event.
Conference & Expo Pass – This pass includes access to all networking functions (except the All-Access networking lunch on Day 1), the exhibit hall, and all general educational sessions (not including the All-Access Pre-Show Workshops for Executive Summit).
Expo Only Pass – This pass includes access to all networking functions (except the All-Access networking lunch on Day 1) and access to the exhibit hall.
All cancellation requests must be made in writing on company letterhead and either faxed or e-mailed to Garden Center Conference & Expo. Voicemails will not be accepted. Please see your confirmation email for further information. A full refund minus a 10% administrative processing fee will be provided if the cancellation is received by July 1, 2022. No refunds will be issued after July 1, 2022, or for no-shows. Garden Center Conference & Expo reserves the right to cancel a program due to insufficient registration or instructor emergency. A full refund of registration fees only will be issued if this occurs.
Attendees can notify the show at any time that another individual will attend the conference in their place.
All confirmations will be sent via e-mail to the primary registrant unless otherwise arranged with conference management. Hotel reservation confirmations are sent separately from the conference registration but are also sent via e-mail.
Garden Center Conference & Expo is a business-to-business event open to trade professionals only. Persons under 18 (including infants) are not allowed into the educational sessions, exhibit hall or food functions.
