A block of rooms is available to event attendees at a special group rate of $169.00 per night plus tax, single or double occupancy. The discounted rate is available until the cut-off date, July 11, 2022, or until the room block is full, whichever occurs sooner.
Resort Fee: The resort fee of $35 per day plus tax has been waived. This fee provides guests with several commonly used services. These services are in-room high-speed and wireless internet access, 2 bottles of water per room, complimentary use of the health club, transportation to Disney theme parks (24 hour advanced reservations are required), newspaper available Monday-Friday, complimentary local and 800# calls, in-room coffee, evening turndown service (upon individual guest request) and use of all recreation activities including the lazy river, resort pools, basketball, tennis courts and miniature golf course.
Check-in at the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is scheduled for 11:00 AM. Any departures after 11:00 AM are subject to a full day charge. Attendees are able to contact the hotel directly to request a late check-out, please note that while you are able to request a late check-out, they are not guaranteed and are extended at the discretion of the hotel.
To cancel your hotel reservation, call 407-390-6664 and request to cancel your hotel reservation. Cancellations made 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date will not be penalized. If the cancellation is made within the 72-hour window, attendees will be charged a fee of one nights room and tax.
The Garden Center Conference & Expo will be taking place in the International Ballroom of the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate. The event facilities are located on the on the lower lobby level of the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate. Registration will be stationed in the International Ballroom Foyer.
It has come to our attention that a number of third-party accommodation service providers have contacted companies either attending, exhibiting or sponsoring the Garden Center Conference & Expo regarding hotel reservations.
These companies DO NOT represent the Garden Center Conference & Expo, nor have they been authorized to send out any information related to the event and should NOT be used to make hotel reservations. We urge all event attendees to ignore any communications from companies purporting to offer these services and to avoid giving out credit card details to such organizations.
There is only one official way to book and reserve your hotel accommodations on behalf of the Garden Center Conference & Expo and that is to book directly through the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate. The hotel will provide a professional, reliable and safe service for booking your hotel accommodation.
