Zack started labeling house plants for Sloat at age six. He then moved on to work in the warehouse and Christmas tree lots throughout his childhood. Zack graduated from The University of Denver with an undergraduate degree in business and later got his MBA from HEC Paris. No mater where Zack’s focuses have been while at Sloat, he has always been heavily involved in the pottery import business and looks forward to sharing some of his knowledge with other garden center operators. 

Sloat has 13 retail stores in the San Francisco Bay Area. Sloat focuses on quality product, educating their customers and always has the best pottery at the best possible prices.
