A block of rooms is available to event attendees at a special group rate of $189 per night plus tax, single or double occupancy. A hotel reservation link will be made available soon to book your room at the group rate.To reserve your room online at the group rate, please click the link above.

The discounted rate is available until the cut-off date, July 14, 2025, or until the room block is full, whichever occurs sooner.

Check-in at the Sheraton Kansas City Hotel at Crown Center begins at 4 p.m., and check-out is scheduled for 12 p.m. Any departures after 12 p.m. are subject to a full day charge. Attendees can contact the hotel directly to request a late check-out. Please note that while you are able to request a late check-out, they are not guaranteed and are extended at the discretion of the hotel.

To cancel your hotel reservation, call 1 (816) 841-1000 and request to cancel your hotel reservation. Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date will not be penalized. If the cancellation is made within the 48-hour window, attendees will be charged a fee of one night's room and tax.

Garden Center Conference & Expo will be taking place in the Sheraton Kansas City Hotel at Crown Center. The event facilities are located on the lobby level of the Sheraton Kansas City Hotel at Crown Center in the Exhibit Hall. Registration will be stationed in the Exhibit Hall Foyer.
