Sponsorship Opportunities

As the exclusive sponsor of the Garden Center Top 100 Awards, the sponsor will receive recognition and brand visibility throughout the function, including:

• Exclusive recognition with the sponsor company logo and ad in the Top 100 Poster distributed within Garden Center’s August issue;
• Logo recognition on Top 100 Plaques distributed on-site at event;
• Logo recognition on Top 100 Awards presentation slides and signage; and
• Sponsorship of the Day 2 Reception, which includes:
• Logoed table tents and napkins; and
• Recognition easel signs throughout the event function

Exclusive sponsorship of the evening celebration on day 1 of the event, which includes:

• Prominent on-site signage highlighting Evening Celebration Sponsor status;
• Sponsor logo featured on dedicated materials, including the fundraiser page of the conference website;
• Logoed table tents and napkins; and
• Opportunity to distribute small gift bags, literature or branded items during the Fundraiser Reception.

As the sponsor of the lanyards, the sponsor will have their company logo printed on the attendee lanyards that will be distributed at conference registration.

As the sponsor of the name badges, the sponsor will have their advertising printed on the back of the attendee name badges that will be distributed at conference registration.

Exclusive sponsorship of the Welcome Reception, which includes:

• Logoed table tents and napkins.
• Recognition easel signs throughout the event function

Exclusive sponsorship of the Garden Center Conference & Expo keynote session, which includes:

• On-site signage;
• Logo on title slides;
• Literature handout in the session room during the sponsored session; and
• 3-4 minutes of opening remarks or a 3–4-minute video.

Exclusive sponsorship of the networking lunch, which includes:

• Logoed table tents and napkins.
• Recognition easel signs throughout the event function

As the exclusive sponsor of the refreshment station, the sponsor will receive recognition and brand visibility near the refreshment station, including:

• Recognition easel signs near the refreshment station area; and
• The opportunity to distribute company literature throughout the lounge.

As the exclusive sponsor of the Networking Breakfast, the sponsor will receive recognition and brand visibility throughout the function, including:

• Logoed table tents; and
• Recognition easel signs throughout the event function.

As the sponsor of the tote bags, the sponsor will have their company logo printed on the event tote bags that will be distributed at conference registration.

As the exclusive sponsor of the attendee Wi-Fi provided in the event space during the event, the sponsor will receive recognition and brand visibility throughout the function, including:

• Selection of a novelty password attendees will use to access Wi-Fi (limitations apply).
• Recognition signage throughout the event function.

As the exclusive sponsor of the Reception Entertainment, the sponsor will receive recognition and brand visibility throughout the function, including:

• Recognition easel signs throughout the event function.

As the sponsor of the pens, the sponsor will receive distribution of branded pens at the event.

As the sponsor of the notepads, the sponsor will receive distribution of branded notepads at the event.

As the exclusive sponsor of the one of the networking breaks, the sponsor will receive recognition and brand visibility throughout the function, including:

• Logoed table tents; and
• Recognition easel signs throughout the event function.

As the sponsor of the conference show guide, the sponsor will have their company logo printed on the cover of the guide and a full-page ad on the back cover of the show guide that will be distributed to attendees at registration.

As a sponsor of the Garden Center Tour, the sponsor will receive recognition and brand visibility throughout the function, including:

• Recognition easel signs at the tour check-in area.
• Logo recognition on the designated tour page of the event website.
• Sponsor logo included in tour reminder emails prior to the event with a link to sponsor URL included in the content.

Sponsorship of the Garden Center Tour Lunch, which includes:

• Logoed table tents and napkins.
• Recognition easel signs throughout the event function

As the water station sponsor, the company’s logo will appear on the water cups and on recognition easel signs placed at each station throughout the event space.

As one of the event plant sponsors, the company will have the opportunity to display sponsor-provided plants in one of three key event areas. The sponsor will also receive dedicated signage in the selected display area recognizing them as the plant sponsor.

The sponsor will receive distribution of a branded item chosen at the sponsor's discretion. The item must be unique and not duplicate other options listed in the prospectus.

Sponsor must supply the branded item for distribution at the event.

As a tote bag insert sponsor, the company may include one piece of literature or collateral item in the conference tote bags distributed at registration.

As the signage sponsor, the sponsor’s logo will appear on all session and directional signage used throughout the event.

Each Solutions Session sponsor will own the room for a 45-minute block of time to promote their products and educate attendees. These three sessions are set aside to allow for a deeper look into their company and the solutions each sponsor company provides to the marketplace. Each Solutions session will be listed in our conference schedule and promoted to our attendees.

As a sponsor of the Immersive Garden Center, the sponsor will receive recognition and brand visibility throughout the function, including:

• Recognition easel signs throughout the event function.
• Distribution of materials in the Immersive Garden Center area(materials must be provided by sponsor)
• Video display area for continuous looping of a sponsor-provided promotional video placed in or near the Immersive Garden Center area

Each Showcase Display provides the company with a dedicated tabletop space, giving them a physical presence at the event. This opportunity allows the company to highlight their brand on-site and display their products within the separate Immersive Garden Center area for added visibility and engagement.
